Downloads are combined into a single ZIP file containing the main video file, a text file containing a time index for the show, and a PDF copy of the show program.. To view the contents, you must first UNZIP the file. For PC: right click on the ZIP file and choose Extract All. For Mac: double click on the ZIP file to open the Archive Utility. These actions will create a new folder containing all of the individual files.
 

Video files are large and may take a while to download. Please make sure the entire ZIP file has fully downloaded before attempting to open.
 

It is not recommended to download directly to a phone or tablet. Use a computer (Mac or PC) whenever possible.
 

The default media players on both Macs and PCs are not always the best in terms of file compatibility.. If you experience playback problems, consider downloading the free VLC Media Player.
 

IMPORTANT: Store files on a safe device and create a backup copy.
